Staff planning · plan and reality

How you see plan and reality

Every shift shows two things: thin on top, what was planned; below, when the person was actually there. When the two differ, you see it at a glance. Here you find every situation from Kita life with an example.

Staff planning is an add-on. At its core Bienenstock stays the capture at the tablet. You only enter the planned hours and have the complete record. We connect your HR and payroll software free of charge.

    • Past

Over: the plan as a thin line on top, the actual time below.

    • Today · now 11:00

Running: plan and actual time up to now, the remaining plan after that.

    • Future

Still to come: only the light plan. You can move it.
