How you see plan and reality

Every shift shows two things in one row: the light box shows what was planned, the bar inside it when the person was actually there. When the two differ, you see it at a glance. Here you find every situation from Kita life with an example.

Staff planning is an add-on. At its core Bienenstock stays the capture at the tablet. You only enter the planned hours and have the complete record. We connect your HR and payroll software free of charge.

    • Past

Over: the light plan box with the actual time inside.

    • Today · now 11:00

Running: plan and actual time up to now, the remaining plan after that.

    • Future

Still to come: only the light plan box. You can move it.

    Let the time run

Time runs on its own. Or drag the slider: the actual time grows inside the light plan box, and planned time nobody covered is hatched orange. Anyone who stays longer gets blue hatched overtime.
