    In short

    Are all features always included?

    Yes, for every center: check-in, live attendance, documentation, parent app and reports. There are no modules. You only choose how many AI credits you need.

    Per child or flat?

    Flat per facility, no extra fee per child: €0 for every feature, including AI starter credits. With tablet, personal support and 200 AI credits, €39 net per month; with more AI, €59 (800 credits) or €99 (2,400 credits).

    What happens when the AI credits run out?

    AI pauses. Everything else keeps working. You only buy more credits after you agree. Nothing is billed automatically.

    What don’t we do?

    Admissions, a full master-data record, billing. For live operations a nickname, date of birth and contract hours are enough — logs, communication and the staff ratio still work.
